HEROES – “Pilot” – Review

This is one of the coolest pilots I have seen this season. It isn’t only because that I am a comic book fan, but as a fan of genre TV in general. Of course, the nice thing about this series is it is so grounded that you can watch it even if you have no interest in superheroes, marvel, dc or anything comic book related. The realism of this series is fantastic, and the set and costumes might have subtle hints of comic book heightened reality, but not overwhelming doses of it.
I think this series will appeal to a wide range of viewers, picking up fans of shows which might be missing their Star Trek, Buffy, etc.
