My ankle, again..

Well, I did it again. A couple of nights ago, I just couldn’t sleep. I think that my mind was going a million miles a minute trying to make sure that my plate at work was clear and that there was backups to cover some stuff that I am working on so that I could take a vacation this week.
I woke up around 4am and thought that since I was awake, I might as well grab an Akins shake (which are pretty good btw) and get an early start on some stuff to make the day more manageable. I went downstairs, got my drink, but I knew I would start to freeze as the heater will not be kicking in for another couple of hours. As I was about 3 steps up the stairs, I twisted around and just did it WRONG as my ankle gave out and weight shifted in a way that I basically repeated what I did here.
I have never really recovered from that 100%. I had thought it was good and was even back to jogging, but I irritated it a month after that again and then I started to go to physical therapy where it was starting to get a little better, but with vacations, holidays, cut backs at work, I just stopped going .
It would seem that I back to the drawing board..sigh
